About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
- Ensure recognized brands are well represented and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from primary location: Ann Arbor, MI
