About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the admissions/onboarding workflow, ensuring quality, organization, and timely delivery
  • Serve as focal point between Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and other stakeholders
  • Map, analyze and optimize processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
  • Monitor operation metrics (SLA, time-to-hire/onboarding, data quality, etc.)
  • Maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI), providing visibility and guidance for decision-making
  • Act in a consultative manner, influencing decisions and proposing improvements locally and globally
  • Ensure governance and standardization of processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with personnel administration/onboarding processes (preferred)
  • Experience in data analysis, tracking KPIs and dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Structured profile with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Good communication and ability to adapt to different stakeholders
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience with Excel and/or Power BI
  • Experience with Workday, ADP or similar systems (a plus)
  • Experience with system integrations (e.g., Gupy)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes
  • Experience in continuous improvement, automation or process transformation
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
