Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end data migration and quality validation
Identify and mitigate risks early
Lead data-focused testing cycles and coordinate training efforts
Review and adopt the global data design template
Identify and advocate for cross-market harmonization
Act as the key interface between regional teams and global program functions
Drive engagement and clarity across teams
Lead a team of SMEs across data domains

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional experience in business processes operations
In-depth knowledge of master data concepts
Strong understanding of data management principles
Understanding of data migration and transformation tools
Familiar operating in large complex multi-national organizations
Degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Proven success in leading cross-functional project teams
Experience in SAP solutions
English Proficiency mandatory and any additional language is a plus
