About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business priorities into actionable learning roadmaps.
- Partner with People Leads and Global Talent teams to design high-impact leadership programs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of leadership development initiatives across Europe.
- Manage logistics, engage facilitators, and ensure exceptional learner experiences.
- Apply clear metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- Build strong partnerships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Create compelling communication plans for leadership development initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and integrate external best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressive experience in FMCG business with a focus on learning and development.
- Deep knowledge of leadership models, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience connecting learning initiatives to business goals.
- Proven track record of facilitating engaging sessions across diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to create multi-format communication assets.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and learning technology proficiency.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
