Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of products on shelves
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow the daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Norfolk, VA
