Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain displays
Order product for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked
Maintain store visibility according to negotiated plans
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz positively in-store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursement provided)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Wichita, KS)
