About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
Order product via iPad for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained through guidelines
Communicate issues with Mondelēz' management team
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles from the primary location (Manitowoc, WI)
