About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Daly City, CA)
