Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product for shelf and display
Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches
Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs)
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from primary location: Brandon, FL
