About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Burley, ID
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.
