About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
Serve as an ambassador for brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product for shelf and display
Ensure Nabisco brands are well-represented and stocked
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude in-store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs
Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles from Cookeville, TN
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Start Time: 08:00 AM
