About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team
Ensure that commitments are met, serving as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services
Support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion
Contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met
Support the deployment and day-to-day running of effective partner governance with key partners
Provide administrative support to strategic partner management governance activities, including document control, maintaining organised records, meeting management, reporting, and supporting evidence
Utilise SharePoint and collaboration tools whilst undertaking tasks
Effectively support the Strategic Excellence Programs as relates to the Partner Excellence Program, learn and align to various SPM tools like Joint Business Planning, Partner Classification, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career
At least 2 years' experience in a vendor management environment
University degree in Finance, Business Management, or a similar discipline
Ability to develop effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Structured approach and relevant (C.I. and process) analytic ability
Excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills
Ability to align and prioritise business requirements and devise actionable solutions
Interest in technology and industry fluency preferred.
Proven project management skills, meeting facilitation, written/oral communication and presentation skills.
