About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives.
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions using iPad Tablet.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment, meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25-35 miles range from primary location: Waterford, MI, with secondary locations: White Lake, MI, Rochester, MI.
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
