About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill merchandising needs through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, etc.
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Communicate with Mondelēz management team about any issues
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: West Jefferson, NC
Schedule availability required: Monday - Friday
