Key responsibilities & impact

Join and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers
Communicate & build relationships, stock shelves, and maintain displays
Represent Mondelēz brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, etc.
Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Follow DSD Merchandising Steps for in-store visits
Order products using an iPad to ensure stock conditions
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches
Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Meet defined physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location.
