About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of products
Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product (via iPad Tablet) to ensure in stock conditions
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of guidelines
Communicate any issues with management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Pearland, TX)
