About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the sales team in managing broker communications, third party merch communications, and shopper marketing partner communications.
  • Lead all trade show coordination and activation.
  • Support the sales team in helping build selling decks, “one-pagers,” and other retailer ready selling materials along with the trade team.
  • Manage all customer, retailer, & distributor portals.
  • Create and submit new item and promotional paperwork to support launches and other marketing activity.
  • Providing timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate sample shipments to brokers and retailers and maintain sales sample budget.
  • Maintain all sales documents: price lists, sales sheets, product images.
  • Be a secondary contact for all brokers, distributors, and customers.
  • Assist with new customer paperwork.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPG sales.
  • Fluency with item forms, broker management, CRM systems, and innovation timeline management.
  • Understanding of the food sales landscape at all levels (Retailer, Distributor, Broker, etc.).
  • Understanding of the CPG selling process.
  • Understanding of syndicated data.
  • Adept at fostering strong partnerships with brokers and third-party merchandising teams while driving growth.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office with a focus on excel and PowerPoint, G Suite, and ideally NetSuite.
