Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking.
Bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store.
Build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
