Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves, maintain or change displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated, able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance
Perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of primary location
