About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join our team to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers
Stock store shelves and maintain promotional displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product for shelf and display using an iPad Tablet
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and stocked
Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient service
Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Folsom, CA
