About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product using iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked according to guidelines
Communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team
Follow the daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Seaside, OR
Schedule availability required: Open Availability including weekends and holidays as needed
