About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support business plans by communicating effectively across Retail DSD organization.
Execute monthly updates to our internal tools that enable our Retail DSD organization to execute priorities.
Management of the service ticket process across our Retail DSD network and external customer.
Develop performance trackers across key initiatives and provide execution commentary to the Customer Business Team and to Retail DSD organization.
Support the Director of Customer Operations on adhoc requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in CPG sales/retail DSD preferred.
Previous Walmart customer experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
Delivering results and problem solving.
Planning and execution.
Analytical ability.
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Syndicated Databases (NIQ), Walmart Scintilla and PowerBi
