About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories.
Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics.
Generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management.
Drive controls and compliance.
Proactively analyze the business innovation roadmap and collaborate with internal partners.
Represent Procurement in critical project meetings, providing strategic insights and ensuring procurement requirements are integrated from the outset.
Champion continuous process improvements and establish a robust "innovation ways of working" within procurement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, category management, or new product introduction (NPI) support.
Food industry experience preferred.
Global or matrix organization experience is a plus.
