About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the analytical and technical aspects of Rolling forecast and AC target setting processes
- Interact with and facilitate clear and impactful financial communications
- Coordinate all target-related analysis and communications
- Provide comprehensive analytical support and insights
- Independently manage and oversee Operating Company (OpCo) P&L
- Provide critical ad-hoc financial simulations and analyses
- Support preparation of OLT and BOD material
Requirements
What you’ll need- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of business and operational drivers
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions
