Manager, Category Finance, FP&A, Meals, Innovation & Sustainability
Mondelēz International. Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team.
- Own data collection and verify data integrity
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions as well as execute adhoc analysis on request
- Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team.
- Work closely with the Marketing Excellence and PCM team on our Innovation agenda for all categories
- Overlook the sustainability financials and work closely together with our Senior Director Sustainability MEU and Procurement Finance Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years working experience in Finance, Category and FP&A knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening and communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Problem solving, multi-tasking skills and influencing skills with different departments
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized
- Very strong excel skills
- Adaptability – responds resourcefully to new demands and challenges
- Working knowledge of Finance systems (FIT, BI) and advanced user of MS excel
- Fluent English skills
