Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan
Conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals
Communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders
Oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance
Manage project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations with SAP FICO
Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions
Significant experience on collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for development
Outstanding communication skills, ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel
Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
Good understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to effectively partner with functional managers to manage portfolio
Bachelor's degree in technology career
Fluent and Advanced interaction in English is a must: conversational, and effective communication.
