About the role

  • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Become an ambassador of brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
  • Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
  • Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
  • Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
  • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
  • Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Midwest City, OK)
  • Schedule availability required: weekend days are required, Sunday - Saturday availability.
  • Split days off: start by 6 am
