About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the new hire onboarding process, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines
Act as the focal point between Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders
Map, analyze, and optimize processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
Monitor dashboards (Excel, Power BI), providing visibility and guidance for decision-making
Ensure governance and standardization of processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with personnel administration / hiring/onboarding processes (preferred)
Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and working with dashboards
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Good communication and ability to adapt to different stakeholders
Advanced English
Experience with Excel and/or Power BI
