About the role
- Lead the new hire onboarding process, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines
- Act as the focal point between Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders
- Map, analyze, and optimize processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
- Monitor dashboards (Excel, Power BI), providing visibility and guidance for decision-making
- Ensure governance and standardization of processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with personnel administration / hiring/onboarding processes (preferred)
- Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and working with dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Good communication and ability to adapt to different stakeholders
- Advanced English
- Experience with Excel and/or Power BI
