About the role

  • Lead the new hire onboarding process, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines
  • Act as the focal point between Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders
  • Map, analyze, and optimize processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
  • Monitor dashboards (Excel, Power BI), providing visibility and guidance for decision-making
  • Ensure governance and standardization of processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with personnel administration / hiring/onboarding processes (preferred)
  • Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and working with dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Good communication and ability to adapt to different stakeholders
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with Excel and/or Power BI
