About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles from primary location: Denton, MD (Secondary locations: Milford, DE & Cambridge, MD)
