About the role

  • support our business by providing business curtailed strategic legal advice in a broad range of commercial activities
  • Lead contact with our Nordic Marketing teams ; advising and reviewing marketing & brand initiatives
  • Review, negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Providing legal support to our Sales Teams on customer agreements
  • Being company secretary and related corporate work in connection with our local legal entities
  • Providing risk balanced legal assessment based on solid understanding of EU and local laws
  • Collaborating with regional and global legal teams, sharing best practices
  • Implementing digital legal solutions

Requirements

  • Swedish or Norwegian law degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience is required, preferably as company counsel or associate at a commercial law firm.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced legal drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required.
