About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

support our business by providing business curtailed strategic legal advice in a broad range of commercial activities
Lead contact with our Nordic Marketing teams ; advising and reviewing marketing & brand initiatives
Review, negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements
Providing legal support to our Sales Teams on customer agreements
Being company secretary and related corporate work in connection with our local legal entities
Providing risk balanced legal assessment based on solid understanding of EU and local laws
Collaborating with regional and global legal teams, sharing best practices
Implementing digital legal solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Swedish or Norwegian law degree is required.
Minimum 3 years of work experience is required, preferably as company counsel or associate at a commercial law firm.
Ability to work independently
Advanced legal drafting and negotiation skills
Proactive and pragmatic attitude.
Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required.
