About the role

  • Own daily and weekly trading performance across revenue, conversion, AOV, and key KPIs.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, taking decisive action to optimise results.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance on promotions, margin impact, and trading strategy.
  • Lead site merchandising, navigation, content, and product presentation to maximise conversion.
  • Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns, launches, partnerships, and retention journeys.
  • Drive AOV through bundles, upsell mechanics, and promotional strategy.
  • Manage CRO testing and work with development to improve site speed, UX, and overall performance.
  • Identify and remove friction across the customer journey, working closely with CX.
  • Execute the trading and campaign calendar end‑to‑end, ensuring strong on‑site delivery.
  • Own digital execution of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and merchandising.
  • Align with Paid Media and CRM to maximise traffic value and ensure cohesive journeys.
  • Support affiliate, partnership, and TikTok Shop activity with strong on‑site execution.
  • Support loyalty, subscription, personalisation, and lifecycle initiatives to improve retention and customer value.
  • Collaborate with CRM on lifecycle journeys and campaign alignment.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across key KPIs using GA4, Shopify, and attribution tools.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights that drive commercial and customer outcomes.
  • End‑to‑end ownership of commercial, customer, trading, and operational performance across revenue, conversion, basket metrics, customer mix, acquisition efficiency, retention, campaign effectiveness, site accuracy, and testing velocity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a DTC eCommerce site (Shopify preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset with clear understanding of revenue and margin drivers.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment driving better outcomes
  • Experience executing trading calendars and digital campaigns
  • Confident with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, attribution platforms)
  • Experience with CRO, merchandising and landing page optimisation
  • Strong stakeholder management across Digital, Brand and Commercial teams
  • Consistent delivery of revenue and AOV growth vs plan
  • Improved conversion rate through structured optimisation
  • High-quality execution of campaigns and launches
  • Clear ownership and accountability of grenade.com performance
