About the role
- Structure, organize and ensure the reliability of HR data (people data), building a solid foundation for analysis
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel), ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Analyze key metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity and performance, connecting them to the business context
- Generate insights to support leadership strategic decisions (e.g., organizational structure, promotions, talent retention)
- Act as a partner to HR leaders, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with data
- Support the monitoring of people initiatives (e.g., engagement plans, talent agenda, diversity)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and continuous automation in HR processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in data analysis applied to HR / People Analytics / related areas
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical recommendations
- Experience with advanced Excel and Power BI
- Consultative profile, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships
- Automation- and continuous improvement-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to tell stories with data
- (Plus) Support analyses related to budgeting and rewards topics
- Advanced English
