About the role
- Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements
- Effectively communicate status and risks
- Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements
- Write technical reports that involve analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations
- Create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications
Requirements
- Degree in food science, science, or engineering, ideally with experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
- Able to work on teams and independently with guidance from a manager
- Prioritize and manage activities effectively
- Proactively identify problems and independently create and implement solutions
- Apply fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data and draw clear conclusions
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing
- Put the consumer at the center of development activities
