About the role

  • Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
  • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
  • Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves
  • Construct promotional displays
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Order product for shelves and displays
  • Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
  • Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Conroe, TX)
  • Schedule availability required: Weekends with weekday availability; start by 5 am
