About the role

  • Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) to ensure in stock conditions
  • Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
  • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Weslaco, TX)
