About the role
- Lead Quality activities to enable successful execution of the business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Mondelēz policies and procedures
- Develop and report quality KPIs
- Facilitate communities of practice on quality related topics
- Represent the quality function at commercial meetings
- Identify quality enhancements and improvements across the supply chain
- Ensure completion of plant investigations and root-cause analysis
- Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality and food safety programs
Requirements
- Relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D
- Strong manufacturing quality experience
- Project management with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Understanding of the commercialization process, product/package development, food safety, and sanitation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coaching/training, and leading cross-functional teams
- Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques
- Experience working with manufacturing sites to ensure compliance to Mondelēz International’s policies and procedures
