About the role

  • Compile regional quality KPIs and create periodic reports.
  • Ensure that plant employees are meeting the quality food safety compliance agenda.
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing plants and business processes.
  • Support the implementation of quality and food safety systems to ensure compliance with QCMS, policies, and HACCP standards.
  • Attend and contribute at quality food safety related communities of practices.
  • Provide technical support and input in the delivery of I2M projects.
  • Share best practices among different manufacturing sites.
  • Participate in product and process design development by providing quality input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (BS), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills/ multilingual abilities to effectively interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, procurement, and legal departments.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in coordinating supplier audits, including scheduling and logistical planning.
