About the role
- Join a team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers to fulfill merchandising needs
- Build communication & relationships with customers
- Stock store shelves and maintain promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure brand representation and adherence to guidelines
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient service
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz positively in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Belmar, NJ
