About the role

  • Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
  • Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
  • Work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Moorhead, MN
