About the role
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stocking store shelves and maintaining promotional displays
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Sierra Vista, AZ
