About the role
- Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications
- Manage an internal team and collaborate with external vendors
- Support programs to implement software and application strategies at regional and global levels
- Coordinate with administration/procurement and track requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Identify opportunities to leverage scale and drive cost efficiencies
Requirements
- Experience in people and line management
- Management of large-scale software and application services
- Proven experience in service delivery and support excellence
- Program and project management experience, including managing multiple projects across budgets, resources, schedules, and quality
- Broad technical knowledge
- Understanding of integration and how different applications communicate
- Strong process- and service-oriented mindset
