About the role
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, etc.
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order products via iPad for shelf and display
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked according to guidelines
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from primary location: Brunswick, ME
