About the role
- responsibility for the full market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the US
- translating strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems
- leading a business growth agenda and evolving organic and inorganic initiatives
- defining and monitoring commercial strategies, brand positioning and sales channels
- driving high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishments through teamwork and empowerment
- providing strategic leadership and direction, while supporting all the functions across the local organization
- streamlining operations, reducing costs, and driving alignment in all the functions
Requirements
- Broad management experience in leading national/international FMCG or CPG Company / Teams
- In depth knowledge of all relevant national and international Sales aspects, tools and processes and business collaboration
- Good Marketing and Financials understanding
- Extensive, proven experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged good industry preferred
- Proven experience in category development, key accounts and market insights analysis and delivering growth through category leadership
- Future-focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies
- Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse teams
- Able to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leadership based on a deep understanding of priorities and with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view.
