About the role
- Join Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer team and fulfill merchandising needs of customers
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, etc.
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained
- Follow daily schedules set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles from the primary location: Waycross, GA
