About the role
- Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product for shelf and display via iPad Tablet
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from Iowa City, IA
