About the role

  • Develop professional relationships with our clients and optimize base sales, NPD (new product development) and promotional sales.
  • Ensure optimal visibility within retailers and provide sales capabilities.
  • Maximize visual impact and ensure optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Place and set up point-of-sale materials.
  • Report on activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year university degree)
  • Experience in sales and merchandising within the CPG environment
  • Must live near Etobicoke
  • Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and take appropriate initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Persistence and attention to detail
