About the role

  • Manage our global and regional treasury projects which may include banking operations, short-term borrowings/investments, cross currency funds flow, FX hedging execution, intercompany funding activities, cash management, and/or treasury reporting
  • Proactively analyze, design and support implementation of technology solutions that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Treasury Processes
  • Drive a strong controls and compliance environment in Treasury. You will ensure our treasury policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place
  • Lead and participate in Treasury initiatives
  • Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Treasury team
  • Contribute to a high-performing Treasury team adhering to best practices. You will also develop talent across Treasury and support our Finance talent agenda within the region or function

Requirements

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in SAP treasury including cash management, foreign exchange risk management, liquidity management and/or treasury controlling and reporting activities.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business and finance beyond treasury scope.
  • Relevant experience in a large global corporation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Solid User Experience with ERP systems such as S4HANA Treasury Management and SAP ECC.
  • Experience with other tools and solutions like SAC, Google Cloud, Tableau and similar is advantage.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering and communication skills across a large global, public company; experience of working as a finance leader managing global, cross-functional and business partner teams to drive treasury optimization.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives preferred and project management skills required
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and ability to identify strategic or tactical opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
