About the role
- Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers
- Communicate & build relationships with in-store employees
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative
- Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet defined physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Ridgecrest, CA
- Schedule availability required: Sun - Tues- Wed- Fri. Early Morning start time.
