About the role
- Partner with the UK Sales team and Customer Investment Planning team to deliver revenue and profit targets
- Support Sales partners to define a customer investment roadmap
- Champion specific projects and analysis work to support the delivery of short and longer term category value
- Ensure compliance with key internal controls and audits
- Coach and develop finance team capabilities and support relevant projects
Requirements
- Educated to degree level and fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
- Experience working within a commercial or operational finance environment, preferably within FMCG
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills and a logical way of thinking - thinks ahead to anticipate new opportunities
- Ability to relate to and influence a diverse group of stakeholders - shows courage to disrupt and innovate
- Proactively drives and embraces change, and feels comfortable with ambiguity.
