About the role
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of products
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order products for shelf and display to ensure stock conditions
- Ensure products are well represented and maintained through implementation of guidelines
- Communicate any issues with management team.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of primary location Mason, OH
